We look to acquire a great company with annual sales at least of $150 million pesos and that meets the following criteria:

Company

  • High percentage of stable and predictable revenue

  • EBITDA margin > 15%

  • Stable profit generation during the last 3 years

People

  • Honest, respected seller with integrity and whose values align with ours

  • Motivated seller with the right reason to sell

  • Owner interested in the continued success of the business
